For a customer in Arendonk, Belgium, fiberglass dowel baskets and Fiberglass rebars have been delivered.
To be precise, 2520 dowel baskets. The dowel baskets are 1.50 metres long and 5 dowels are assembled on them.
We currently place 120 dowel baskets per pallet. Due to an efficient way of stacking, we hardly lose any space. And it is possible to transport 120 dowel baskets to a project without heavy equipment.
The great advantage of these dowel baskets is that the dowels are always 100% horizontal. This distributes the loads of the traffic well and allows the dowels to do their work.
As the price of steel goes up, the products are not only lighter and more environmentally friendly but also CHEAPER!
